Great service from Natasha. The premises at Pilsley are easy to find with good parking.
My dog Arlo made himself straight at home having a good look around. Natasha greeted Arlo and he was very settled with her from the off.
Great set up and we chatted through what Arlo required. Good communication letting me know when Arlo would be ready. He looked and felt great after his spa day and will now be a regular customer.
Natasha sent me a fab photo of Arlo too with the Xmas tree all Santa ready which was a lovely surprise. Very happy owner, Arlo is a happy customer now looking and feeling his best for Santa's arrival.
Today, I took Doris my cockapoo to be groomed here for the 1st time having just moved to the area.What a lovely service this lady provided. She was so tentative to my dog, who I might add is only a pup.When I went to pick her up later she looked like a little teddy. So well groomed. Really pleased with the service and have booked again.Thank you.
I was looking for a good groomer for Mia, my Maltese, who could offer a bespoke service and truly listen to what I wanted for her unique needs. Maltese dogs have specific hairstyles, and I needed help finding the most suitable one for Mia.
Natasha was amazing—so kind and detail-oriented. During our first chat, she asked thoughtful questions I hadn’t even considered, which made it easy for me to express what I wanted. Her care and attention made the entire process stress-free.
The salon itself is beautiful, with a great atmosphere and high-quality products designed for dogs’ health. I’m so grateful to Dukes and Dames for such a wonderful experience. Mia looks and feels fantastic! Highly recommend!
Brought Barney my cocker spaniel to dames and dukes today for a little Christmas spruce and he looks brand new!!!

Parking was great too, the salon is gorgeous, Natasha is a really lovely warm person and I felt very at ease leaving my little guy there whilst I enjoyed a little Christmas mooch around clay cross.
I brought my pug, Rocco, to Duke and Dames recently, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The location is stunning, with such a warm and welcoming vibe. Natasha, the owner, was so friendly and clearly passionate about what she does, which made me feel confident that Rocco was in great hands.
When I picked him up, I was amazed, he looked fantastic, and I’ve genuinely never smelled him this nice before! And he seemed so happy. This is by far the best grooming experience we’ve had, and I’ll definitely be bringing Rocco back again. Highly recommend!
I can’t thank Natasha enough for the care and professionalism she showed when taking my pair of dogs to Dames and Dukes they were immediately relaxed and comfortable… Remi who is only 4 1/2 months old had never been to the groomers before and although she was a little scared of the bath she wasn’t stressed when I collected her which shows the care that Natasha has when dealing with this kind of thing.. As agreed we will be back with Remi in a few weeks to get her used to bath time ☺️ They look and smell gorgeous 💗💗 ps I don’t know how you got Remi to sit still for long enough to take a photo 👀
